About My Practice

As a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend,  practicing Christian, and former expatriate, I have a unique perspective that focuses on the global and universal, the underpinnings of spirituality and most world religions.  I draw on all of this to connect with my “nidris and nidrinis”, those committed to changing their brains, breath, and karmic patterning  simply by relaxing. To state the obvious:  We live in a fast paced world filled with anxiety. Yoga nidra help ease strain, stress, tension which in turn promotes longevity, strength, and contentment.  It becomes the base of our ability to cope.    

So, let me ask you this – Why wouldn’t you invest 1 hour in yourself if you could change your brain, your thought patterns and restricting habits?  If it can work for me at the height of a crisis, why not YOU?
